For about a month my iTunes store hasn’t been working and my internet connection is working fine. Each page looks like they are not fully loaded. I can search for songs but again the page does not look fully loaded and when I get a free song off of itunes on facebook it works fine but any other time when I click on something on the page it says “We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (306). Please try again later.” So great suggestions to tell me how to do.

For a while now I’ve been unable to connect to the iTunes store. Every time I try to open it, a window comes up that says “iTunes could not connect to iTunes store. An unknown error occurred (306). Make sure your network connection is active and try again.” even though I can connect to the internet just fine. I tried every different proxy option in my LAN. I tried uninstalling iTunes then reinstalling it. I tried opening safari in my firewall. Nothing works. I will follow all your instructions here to go now.
