I am in the middle of attempting to get some computers from an old Wireless Access Point to a new one. I’ve started off with the slowest computer of them all, and have only had problems with it. So for i have installed more RAM, fixed the Hard Drive that was about to crash. This improved Windows XP to the point where the mouse on screen moves with when you move the mouse in your hand.
We have a computer which is incredibly slow. I have tryed all sorts of things to speed it up but all has failed. I am going to upgrade the ram to 2GB but I still want to make it much quicker. It is running XP home edition. Helpful suggestions for me!
