* Go to the Dependencies tab.
* Here in the first box you will be able to see the list of all of the system services that are needed to start the Print Spooler service and for its smooth running. These are called dependencies

After my daughter did some printing last night, I go to the computer and there’s a box which says Print Spooler Error. One of her print jobs is still sitting in there. I try deleting it and cancelling it, and it just sits there. I even tried turning the computer off and on—still there. But so lucky that your solutions deal with the issue correctly on my PC.
