    I start up the computer and it seems to start up fine until the it gets to the screen where the password is and then a window pops up and gives me the error:f3-f200-0002. i talk to a bunch of ppl and they said there should be a repair option but i couldn’t it. Wonderful post to show me steps to deal with the problem quickly.

    This happened when I tried to use system recovery and then this showed, and it had an ok button telling me to click to turn off, I cant use my window 7 disk cause for some reason now my cddvd drive does not work. Thanks!!! The error F3-F200-0002 was fixed after taking your steps here.
